17 january 2008:
Travels-section is all new, and holds images of my trips around the world.

First out is the trip to Greenland, driving snowmobiles, sledges, walking on the Ice Cap in Minus 22 degrees celcius. All took place in Kangerlussuaq.

Second series is from a much warmer place: Kenya, on the beautiful Borana Ranch on the Laikipia Plateau, living in large tents, game driving in 4WDs, riding helicopters to the top of Mt. kenya, visiting a Masai-school and seeing traditional dancing, and finishing the trip living at the exclusive Hilton Hotel in Nairobi, where I watched the beautiful models on a catwalk, showing fashion from kenya's leading designers.

Happy New Year to all of you out there. I've decided to try out another camera brand, and switched from Canon to Olympus, and their new professional E-3 digital SLR model.
I've done several modelshoots, and will update People section shortly. Also, I might do a section with photos from my journeys, mainly Africa/Kenya photo safari and Greenland, but this is still to be decided.

25 October 2006:
For quite a while I've been looking into a small camera, that I could carry around, when not having my larger Canon EOS 1D MKII with me, and i decided to go for the new 10 megapixel Leica D-LUX 3. Today I finally got the camera, and its a little black beauty, all aluminium, full manual controls, and good looking crispy sharp images. I'm really going to enjoy using this very well-built small camera.

22 October 2006:
New photos in the People Section, modelshots from our studio shootout last Sunday.

17 October 2006:
Recieved a new tripod...a very nice Manfrotto 055PROB and a ballhead 488RC2. This will go with me into studio photography etc. The 055PROB has a unique feature, that allows it to go all the way down, hovering only 9cm above ground, which can help in getting "that extreme shot".

15 October 2006:
Studio photography in Copenhagen, with four models, and with my girlfriend, another friend and me doing the shots. We had a great time, and pictures will be online here soon.

21 June 2006:
I've been waiting and waiting,.. and finally today I was able to pick up my new mobile phone, the Sony Ericsson M600i,.. the first Sony Ericsson smartphone with the newest Symbian® OS, 3G, and also Bluetooth® Stereo profile A2DP.
After a couple of days playing around, surfing, adding stuff, I'm impressed with this very slim sleek phone. The new OS is much faster than previous versions, and it runs well.
There has been a lot of talk concerning the new keyboard, which is a QWERTY, but two letters are assigned to one button,.. which means you press either left or right side of the button to write the letter you want. All in all I find it easy and fast too. The buttons are of course small, but they "rock" and are easy to press.
The phone itself is very slim, only 1.6cm thick, and not much higher than a standard phone,..only the width shows its a smartphone. Still there are no issues with having this phone in a pocket. Materials are very good, feels solid.
My version is black,.. mostly its surface resembles K750 or W810,.. meaning not so metallic, and a semi-matt color.
The white version should be out in the stores within a couple of months.

The "camera-issue",.. well it doesnt have a camera, and also I never use mobile phone cameras. People have dicussed this over and over again, but the thing is, this phone is a business model, and in quite a lot of companies, you are not allowed to shoot pictures, so therefore the phone is not equipped with a camera.
Then someone would say : Why does it have 3G network then ? The answer to this is fast download/internet, not video conversations.
The "sister-model" the W950i walkman phone, which arrives later this year, does not have a camera either.
If people do need a camera and still want a smartphone from Sony Ericsson, they have to go with the P990i, which should arrive, at least here in DK, somewhere around August. Apart from camera and WLAN, the M600, W950 and P990 are very much alike,.. they all have a lot of features, and the newest Symbian® OS.

I would very much recommend the M600i to anyone that would like a feature-rich small form factor, large screen phone.

18 February 2006:
A new gadget was bought :) A metallic white Vosonic VP8350 imagebank,.. for loading of those RAW photos, whenever I travel around. The VP8350 features a 20GB harddisk, multislots for CF/SD/MS memory cards, and has a bright large screen. It is at the same time very fast in downloading images and displaying them. User interface is great, large icons and very intuitive, and functions are all controlled with a 5-way joystick and scroll-wheel. I chose the VP8350, because of the CF/SD card slots, and because it can display and store large RAW files from eg my camera. Built quality is great, and package include a nice leather carrying case, stereo headset, remote control, handstrap, cloth for cleaning screen, table charging cradle, and a lot of cables (also optional ones).

03 February 2006:
Got a great new pc,.. a DELL Dimension 3 Ghz Dual Core, 4GB ram, 500 GB SATA HD, 256 MB Geforce 6800 graphics card, Dual layer DVD burner, 13-1 card reader and much more... an extremely powerful machine for large-image-editing etc.

10 July 2005:
Almost like a miracle : I got all my data from the smashed-up harddrive. Apparently everything was wrong with this drive : USB, Firewire etc... but my dear father-in-law retrieved all the data from it,..so I'm a happy guy at the moment :)

Started as Moderator on the all new mobile-site : www.mobil-forum.dk
I'm looking forward to seeing a lot of familiar faces there, and it is already a very good site, and also lots of info on the site,..so go there, if you want to read about mobile devices.

11 June 2005:
Site is officially online now.

09 June 2005:
Well, almost done and ready to launch site. Added descriptions to all the sections etc, and Search function in the JH67 section works very well.
Will also start to do some themes for the Sony Ericsson K750i now.

08 June 2005:
I have come a long way with the website, but something very unfortunate happened today,..my 200GB external Harddrive crashed,..or well it actually didnt do anything, so I hope (and pray) that it is just a minor problem. I dont really want to think about loosing some 50 GB of images and working materials.
Waiting for the manufacturer's Support to get back with some answers.

07 June 2005:
Working day and night to finish the website. This new CMS (web-based system) works like a dream, with faster online editing, easier updating etc.

24 May 2005:
Created a Theme Guide for the new Sony Ericsson K750i.
Also tested my BluetoothR headsets with the phone : BluespoonTM AX and 5G. Both work very well indeed.

23 May 2005:
Sony Ericsson K750i was released, and I bought one.
Its the first phone here to feature 2MP camera with Autofocus and Macro-mode. photos look really good now, and can actually be printed. K750i also has the new port/connector, which means you get a new kind of poweradapter and headset. This new port/connector allows for faster data-transfer. Included in the package is also a new USB-cable. This cable is also to be used, when phone software is to be updated via the Sony Ericsson online update service. So no more need for a Sync-station/cradle, the cable will do the job now.
The phone menues are quite fast compared to previous models (K and S700), and the themes on the phone are much more complex, meaning more work for us themers, but also some nice options and additional graphics ;o)
